You have the right to,

a) request information on the categories of data processed, the purposes of processing, any recipients of the data, the planned storage period (Art. 15 DSGVO);

b) request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data (Art. 16 DSGVO);

c) to revoke a consent given at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7 para. 3 DSGVO);

d) object to data processing which is to be carried out on the basis of a legitimate interest for reasons arising from your particular situation (Art. 21 para. 1 DSGVO);

e) in certain cases within the framework of Art. 17 DSGVO to demand the deletion of data – in particular if the data are no longer required for the intended purpose or are processed unlawfully, or if you have withdrawn your consent in accordance with above (c) or have declared an objection in accordance with above (d);

f) under certain circumstances, to demand the restriction of data if deletion is not possible or the obligation to delete is in dispute (Art. 18 DSGVO);

g) data transferability, h. you can receive the data that you have provided to us in a common machine-readable format such as CSV and, if necessary, transmit it to others (Art. 20 DSGVO;)

h) complain to the responsible supervisory authority about the data processing (State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information North Rhine-Westphalia).

Due to legal obligations, we are legally obliged in certain cases to transmit certain data to the requesting state authority. 

Your data will generally be processed in Germany or other European countries. If, in exceptional cases, your data are also processed in countries outside the European Union (i.e. in so-called third countries), this will happen if you have expressly consented to this or if it is necessary for us to provide services to you or if it is legally required (Art. 49 DSGVO). In addition, your data will only be processed in third countries if certain measures have been taken to ensure that an appropriate level of data protection exists for this purpose (e.g. EU Commission adequacy decision or so-called suitable guarantees, Art. 44ff. DSGVO).

Stored data:

To be able to use the app on your device, the app must be able to access various functions and data of your terminal device. This requires that you grant certain authorizations (Art. 6 para. 1 a DSGVO). The authorization categories are programmed differently by the different manufacturers. For example, Android combines individual authorisations into authorisation categories and you can only agree to the authorisation category as a whole. Please note, however, that in the event of an objection, you may not be able to use all the functions of our app. If you have granted authorizations, we will only use them to the extent described below:

a) Registration data:
To register for the app, you do not need to enter an e-mail address. No information is stored on our servers.

b) Location data
The app optionally requires information about your current location in order to be able to trigger actions when you approach your home location.

c) WLAN connection information
In order to be able to use localization services, the App requires access to the WLAN status

d) Miscellaneous: 
The following data will be collected for the operation of the system and stored until the time of use or until you delete the data yourself.
– configuration data of the app users (Art. 6 para. 1 b DSGVO).
